Terms of Use

For the iOS app, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. These terms describe the app’s features and use, and apply alongside the EULA.

1. Description of the App

Dua For Me – Amin is a Muslim community app, developed by Yasir Kara (Türkiye), for asking for duas and making dua for others. You choose from fixed dua categories, and requests are shared anonymously in a community pool.

The App does not provide public profiles, chat, direct messaging, free-form dua text or social follower features.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App respectfully and only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Misuse, disrupt, overload or attempt unauthorized access to the App or its backend services
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law allows it
• Use bots, scripts or other automation, or create multiple accounts, to use the pool, inflate counts or get around limits
• Use the App for harassment, threats, illegal activity or emergency communication

3. Community Dua Pool

• Dua requests use fixed categories only. There is no free text. Other users see only the category of a request, never your identity.
• Shared pool: the App shares one community pool and backend with our other app, "Peygamber Duaları (Duas of the Prophets)". Requests from either app are shown, by category only, to users of both apps.
• Free limits: one active request at a time; each request stays open for 3 days; you can create a new request at most once every 24 hours.
• Full Version limits: you can choose a duration of 1, 3 or 5 days and keep up to 3 requests at a time (one active plus up to two waiting in a queue). The 24-hour waiting period does not apply, and summaries of your last 10 completed requests are kept.
• Counts show how many users chose to make dua for the pool while your request was open. We cannot verify that anyone actually prayed, and we do not guarantee any number of duas, any level of participation, or that notifications will be delivered. The Full Version does not buy duas and does not affect whether a dua is accepted.
• We may limit, remove, expire or reset requests, counts, queues or access to the pool to prevent abuse, correct errors or comply with the law.
• The pool is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, be suspended or be discontinued.

4. Full Version: Subscription and Lifetime Purchase

The App is free to download and has no advertisements. The Full Version unlocks request management features: duration choice, the request queue and request history. It does not guarantee that any specific person will make dua, and it does not change the religious nature of dua.

The Full Version is offered as the "Amin Full Access" subscription group with one auto-renewing subscription, Full Access Monthly (1 month), and a separate one-time Lifetime Access purchase.

• The subscription title, length and price are shown in the App and on the Apple or Google purchase screen before you confirm. Prices vary by country and currency.
• If a free trial or introductory offer is shown before purchase, it is available only to eligible users, as decided by Apple or Google. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price shown.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the current price of the plan.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on iPhone (Apple Account › Subscriptions), or in the Google Play Store › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions on Android. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the Full Version stays active until then.
• Deleting the App or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.
• Lifetime Access is a separate one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew and is not charged again.
• To restore purchases on a new device or after reinstalling, use "Restore" on the Full Version screen, signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account. Purchases are verified through RevenueCat.

5. Religious, Medical and Emergency Disclaimer

The App does not issue fatwas or religious rulings; consult qualified scholars on matters of religious practice. It is not a medical, mental health, emergency, legal or financial service. If you are in danger, need urgent medical help or face a crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Apple

These Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and of the Apple EULA, and may enforce them against you.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App or our services change. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and announce material changes in the App or in the app-store release notes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring claims in the courts of that country where the law allows.
