By downloading or using Bulu: Party Word Game ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Bulu is a party word game for multiple players. Players take turns describing words to their teammates without using forbidden words. The app includes multiple game modes, categories, and an optional Pro upgrade for full access to all features.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
The App's design, layout, code, game content, and word cards are owned by the developer. All rights reserved. The game mechanics are original, and any similarity to other party word games is incidental.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Bulu Pro") that unlocks all categories and game modes. This is a one-time, non-recurring purchase — there is no subscription.
The App contains no advertisements. Neither the free version nor Bulu Pro includes any ad content.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how data is handled.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
