Sahaba & Their Lives is a mobile application that provides biographical content about the Companions (Sahaba) of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The App presents historical timelines, prayers, battle history, and educational content in English and Turkish.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
The App's design, layout, code, and original content are owned by the developer. Islamic historical content is compiled from authentic sources and is presented for educational use.
The current version of the App does not include in-app purchases or subscriptions. All content is freely accessible. Future versions may introduce premium features, which will be clearly communicated to users.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The developer makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the Islamic content presented, but does not guarantee that all historical accounts, translations, or source attributions are free from error. Users are encouraged to consult qualified Islamic scholars for matters of religious practice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how data is collected and used.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
